What is the business engagement type for this service ?
A retainer fee for an agreed size of a designated team which must deliver an agreed scope per time period. The scope is monitored and assessed on an ongoing basis. Alternatively, an engagement on a Time & Material basis is also possible.
Is this service only suitable for large corporations ?
No. We provide managed services for both large organizations with complex data analytics arrays and for small organizations with modest array which may only require a part time capacity of a single Nogamy expert.
Is it possible to implement this service for an existing array or only for a new one ?
Both. We can provide managed services for a Data Analytics array that we have freshly implemented or for an existing one developed by yourself or another vendor.
